The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a vital merchant-centric sales leadership position within TD Merchant Solutions. TD Merchant Solutions is dedicated to 'Our Merchant Quest' – doubling the number of fully franchised Merchant & Business Banking clients at TD, a core business strategy supporting our growth mandate. As part of this strategy, the Regional Sales Manager plays a key role in managing and executing acquisition tactics in their local markets. As a trusted leader in sales and service for payments, this individual will lead a team of Business Development Specialists (BDS) responsible for acquisition activities in their assigned territory, aiming to achieve sales targets and build an effective pipeline of future opportunities within the SMB segment.
