Nice To Haves

  • An Electrical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering background and/or experience with industrial heating, electrification, or the semiconductor industries would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Creating the sales regions business plan and execution of activities to reach targets.
  • Accountable for reaching the sales region’s short term (18 month rolling) sales and business development targets including price management.
  • Responsible to manage & develop the territory, including targeting companies and engaging technical decision makers for sales and opportunity development.
  • Drive business intelligence activities including, but not limited to, competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and industry segment behavior.
  • Manage and develop independent sales reps within the sales territory to optimize sales.
  • Effectively follow up on leads and turn them into buying customers.
