Requirements

Able to demonstrate a proven track record with consistent success in achieving sales targets in a customer acquisition business (including $1m+ ARR deals).
Minimum of 7 years enterprise sales experience within the IT software sales within Data Security, Cybersecurity, and/or AI.
Proven track record in winning new business across large enterprise customers with a hunter sales mentality, creating net new pipeline (75%).
Demonstrate ability to build and executing successful individual sales plans, maintain accurate forecasting and sales cadence.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in driving sales across the partner eco system (25%).
Experience in working within a high growth scale our/start-up organisations or in a challenger sales environment.
Ability to articulate the value of the solutions to C-Level Executives.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical sales.
Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Based in UK.

Responsibilities

Managing and prospecting into Enterprise accounts.
Creating, developing & executing sales strategies for the assigned account base.
Delivering consistent revenue growth with new prospects & existing customers.
Creating and executing a successful business plan for the region.
Identifying high potential customers, drive complex sales cycles in net new and existing customers.
Build a sustainable pipeline through new business acquisition.
Take new and innovative solutions to markets to drive growth.
Accurate forecasting and sales cadence.
End to End Sales Process. Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to close to upsell.
Consultative Selling. Engage prospects in a consultative sales process around Fortanix as part of their core security infrastructure and operations.
Big Deals. Own and drive strategic sales opportunities at complex enterprise accounts, building on existing wins and pipeline.
Pipeline Creation. Work with marketing, strategic alliances, local resellers, and your own network to identify the best prospects, then develop and qualify your sales pipeline.
Technical Evaluations. Work with deep technical resources to manage successful customer evaluations and proof of concept deployments.
