About The Position

Advanced Infusion Care (AIC) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the New England region. This role is for a driven, competitive, and persuasive individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. The Regional Sales Manager will sell AIC's premier Ig infusion services to physician offices in the IVIg and SQIg space, utilizing a consultative sales approach. The territory includes Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. AIC is a division of AIS Healthcare, a leading provider of targeted drug delivery, IG infusion care, and Alpha-1, committed to advancing quality and improving lives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with two to four years related experience and/or training.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven ability to exceed sales goals in a medical device, tissue, pharma, specialty pharmacy or B2B product sales position.
  • Ability to travel throughout territory (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont & Maine).
  • Consultative sales approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Established track record of surpassing sales goals calling on physician offices.
  • Stellar background selling Ig pharmacy services to specialties such as Neurology, Immunology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, Transplant, and/or Rheumatology.
  • Current call points to include neurology, allergy/immunology, pulmonary, transplant, rheumatology.
  • Existing book of relationships in the neurology/immunology field.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales goals in assigned territory.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with key prospects and current customers.
  • Generate new business for the organization.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to promote and sell AIC’s Ig pharmacy infusion services to doctors, nurses, referral coordinators, and assistants.
  • Strategize targeted accounts with the VP of Sales.
  • Engage in traditional prospecting, cold calling, and following up on company-generated sales leads.
