Requirements

  • Fluently French bilingual: excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills in both English and French (REQUIRED).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience, preferably within consumer electronics, home appliances, builder channels, luxury products, or related industries.
  • Proven success managing key retail accounts and consistently delivering sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales management, including Sell-In, Sell-Out, forecasting, and business analytics.
  • Exceptional selling, negotiation, and influencing skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving business challenges, and driving profitable growth.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, competitive, and results-oriented with a passion for excellence.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong presentation, coaching, and product training skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Curious, resilient, and persistent, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the Greater Montreal Region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across retail and builder channels.
  • Manage and grow strategic retail accounts within the Greater Montreal Region while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key retail partners, buyers, store managers, sales associates, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying market opportunities, creating innovative sales approaches, and driving business growth within the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Leadership, to execute go-to-market initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance, including Sell-In vs. Sell-Out metrics, sales forecasts, pipeline performance, market trends, and competitive activity to drive informed business decisions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop action plans.
  • Maintain a strong field presence through frequent store visits to support retail partners, ensure merchandising excellence, and reinforce the LG brand experience.
  • Deliver engaging product knowledge and sales training to retail sales associates to maximize sales performance.
  • Represent LG Electronics Canada with professionalism, integrity, and a relentless commitment to customer success.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
