About The Position

This field-based Regional Sales Manager position will manage the Foot & Ankle sales teams in Kansas and Nebraska. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, a sophisticated communicator, a collaborative leader, an analytical thinker, an energetic achiever, and a competitive achiever. The role involves leading, managing, and developing the Stryker Lower Extremities Sales team to drive revenue and develop a top sales team in the Orthopedic marketplace. This role requires analyzing market information, identifying and meeting with new prospects, creating sales plans and marketing strategies, preparing and managing budgets, and making recommendations on pricing and discount rates. Building ongoing partnerships with local hospital staff, surgeons, and internal sales associates is crucial. The role also involves providing last-minute back-up support in operating/emergency room consultations or for help with customer or account problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years demonstrated successful sales experience (in the medical device or industry preferred).
  • 2+ years of sales management experience and/or demonstrated ability to work with and lead others to accomplish sales goals.
  • Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).
  • Ability to travel 50%.

Benefits

  • Base/Draw + commission: $110,000 - $150,000
  • Eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses
  • Total compensation potential to $225,000- 300,000
