This is a role on our sales team responsible for driving commercial strategy and sales growth within our Food business, with a strong focus on functional ingredients including release agents. We are seeking a highly capable and forward thinking professional with experience in Food and ingredient sales or chemical sales who can deliver meaningful value to both the organization and our customers. The position is remote and candidates must reside near a major airport to support extensive travel requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial excellence, a proven ability to capture value, and the adaptability needed to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders. This role is responsible for sales and gross margin growth of assigned segments, customers, and territories. You will have the opportunity to develop account strategies, manage key accounts and contribute to business strategy and financial success. The position will frequently involve extended hours as necessary, the ability to work well under pressure and an intense pace.
