HID’s Reader Business Unit is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to support the development of the Energy, Utilities & Construction vertical across North America within the Asset and Item Readers segment. This role focuses on driving growth through a combination of direct customer engagement and partner-led execution, working closely with system integrators, OEMs and solution providers. Success in this position requires a commercially driven and operationally credible sales professional with experience in Energy, Utilities & Construction environments, and the ability to engage in field-based, safety-critical and infrastructure-heavy use cases. The RSM will support the execution of the North America go-to-market strategy, build pipeline across priority use cases, and contribute to the development of scalable routes to market across applications such as asset tracking, worker safety, site logistics and infrastructure monitoring. This role requires a hands-on, execution-focused individual contributor, capable of managing opportunities, supporting partners and converting pipeline into revenue outcomes. Who are we?
