About The Position

Ascenso Tires North America is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our off-highway and commercial tire business — agriculture, construction, OTR, truck, and trailer — through distribution across North America. This is an outside B2B sales role for someone ready to move fast and build a career. The role involves two months of paid, hands-on training in Hudson, Ohio, followed by ownership of a sales territory, with relocation support provided for territory placement. No prior tire experience is required, as the company hires for drive, coachability, and the ability to learn fast.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• A competitive and self-starting attitude, energized by pursuing new business.
• Comfortable traveling approximately three weeks per month.
• Willingness to relocate for territory placement.
• Mechanical curiosity and comfort in industrial or agricultural environments (farm, job site, quarry, truck shop).
• Coachability and a strong drive to improve and manage one's own schedule.
• Ability to learn fast.
