About The Position

This West Region leadership position is responsible for the geographies of Southern California, Sacramento & Las Vegas. Ivoclar has been a leader in dentistry for over a century. We are seeking a results-driven sales leader with clinical dental industry experience to join a dynamic and collaborative sales team within the West region. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 11 Territory Sales Managers in driving sales growth, cultivating key customer relationships, developing regional sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for dental products and services with dentists.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree (BS or BA); MBA preferred but not required or related field expertise.
  • Prior experience managing a sales team.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills required.
  • Proven leadership skills with an ability to communicate with and manage diverse relationships.
  • Analytical skills, ability to think strategically and execute marketing plans efficiently.
  • Ability to use PowerPoint to create and deliver customer presentations.
  • Ability to travel, overnight and for extended periods.
  • Must be detail oriented and possess a high energy level and motivational skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain an American Express and other credit cards is required.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. This position is not eligible for employer-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales team to achieve sales and other corporate business goals.
  • Develop and implement effective regional sales plans aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dentists, oral surgeons, and dental group practices.
  • Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and report results to senior leaderships.
  • Recruit, Train, Mentor and manage a team of dental sales professionals.
  • Stay up to date on regional market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
  • Maintain deep knowledge dental products, technologies, and clinical application.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
