This role involves leading a dynamic team of Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), Territory Business Managers (TBMs), and Associate Reps (ARs) in a region encompassing Ohio, Pittsburgh PA, and West Virginia. The primary goal is to achieve and exceed target budgets by developing integrated regional business plans, including targeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. The manager will assist team members in their business planning, align on goals and strategies, and understand business at the regional level to provide quarterly sales operating reviews to leadership. Weekly 4 Discipline of Execution (4DX) calls will be held to share priorities and ensure team accountability. Significant field time is expected for strategizing, coaching, training, and developing employees. The role requires representing Baxter and leading the Advanced Surgery portfolio, building trust and relationships with healthcare professionals, and sharing insights with the team and cross-functional partners.
