Regional Sales Manager, AD Systems & Unicel Architectural - Kansas City, MO; Wichita, Kansas or Minneapolis, Minnesota
About The Position
Allegion is expanding its team and is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to represent its AD Systems and Unicel Architectural product lines across the Central Midwest U.S. This role covers NE, KS, MO, IA, MN, IL (excluding Chicago), ND, and SD. The ideal candidate will live near a large Metro airport in the territory to easily travel within the market. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead growth in a key territory for individuals passionate about building relationships, driving specifications, and championing innovative architectural solutions. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States, and the company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience calling on architects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable working independently

- Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems
Responsibilities
- Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education, including AIA presentations
- Build relationships with glaziers and support them throughout the project cycle
- Engage with end-users to increase product visibility and influence project decisions
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings
- Utilize CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics to manage your territory and pipeline
