Allegion is expanding our team, and we’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to represent our AD Systems and Unicel Architectural product lines across the Central Midwest U.S. This role covers: NE, KS, MO, IA, MN, IL (excluding Chicago), ND, and SD. Ideal candidate will live in Kansas or Minnesota. If you’re passionate about building relationships, driving specifications, and championing innovative architectural solutions, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead growth in a key territory. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience calling on architects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable working independently

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education, including AIA presentations
  • Build relationships with glaziers and support them throughout the project cycle
  • Engage with end-users to increase product visibility and influence project decisions
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings
  • Utilize CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics to manage your territory and pipeline
