About The Position

The Regional Sales Leader at Unicity is the face of the market, responsible for energizing and guiding Distributors. This role involves coaching, problem-solving, and acting as a liaison between the field and corporate teams. The mission is to empower Distributors, making them more confident and certain of Unicity as a partner. This is not a desk job and requires a hands-on, energetic approach.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel 25% and work evenings/weekends for events.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in direct selling, network marketing, or field sales leadership.
  • Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and inspire Distributors through live events, trainings, and one-on-ones.
  • Serve as the vital link between the field and corporate (IT, Marketing, Operations), surfacing bottlenecks and driving solutions.
  • Execute campaigns and product launches to drive regional revenue and profitability.
  • Show up with confidence to solve problems, from struggling systems to event rescues.
