About The Position
Regional Sales Director – West Region (CA, AZ, UT, NV, NM) Ready to Win? If you've successfully built surgeon relationships, developed distributor networks, gained market share, and consistently exceeded quota, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a company where your contributions matter. We're seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead independent distributors, drive surgeon adoption, and expand Catalyst's footprint across a multi-state territory.
Requirements
- 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales success
- 3+ years leading distributors, sales teams, or complex territories
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and growing market shares
- Strong knowledge of Shoulder arthroplasty products and the healthcare landscape
- Strong surgeon relationships and distributor management experience
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region

Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across a multi-state region
- Develop and coach independent distributors
- Convert target surgeons into Catalyst customers
- Expand utilization within existing accounts
- Build relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and ASCs
- Execute regional growth strategies and market development initiatives
