About The Position

As Regional Sales Director, you will lead strategic sales efforts across vending, office coffee, pantry, and break room opportunities in high-value sectors including healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, distribution, large-scale facilities, commercial real estate, and corporate campuses. You will identify opportunities, build coalitions, shape service strategies, and position Canteen in front of RFPs before they are released. The right candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional who is comfortable managing long sales cycles, influencing executive-level decision makers, and creating tailored solutions that drive long-term client value. We are building momentum, raising expectations, and looking for a Regional Sales Director who wants to help lead the next chapter of growth in South Central Pennsylvania and Williamsport. This is a visible, high-impact role for a seller who can compete with discipline, represent Canteen with professionalism, and bring people together around a better client solution. Role: Regional Sales Director focused on new business growth across vending, office coffee, pantry, and break room solutions. This role requires a true hunter of new business that can build relationships with key operators and business partners in a fast-paced environment. Market: South Central Pennsylvania and Williamsport supporting 3 local branches. Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in foodservice, hospitality, facilities management, workplace services, or a related consultative sales environment.
  • Proven success in strategic selling, new business development, and complex account pursuit.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and closing high-value opportunities.
  • Ability to build trust, influence decisions, and create alignment within large or matrixed organizations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • A competitive mindset, high personal accountability, and the ability to win the right way.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling break room services, vending, office coffee, pantry, or workplace refreshment solutions.
  • Knowledge of the South Central Pennsylvania and Williamsport markets.
  • Established relationships in healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, commercial real estate, corporate, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full strategic sales process from prospecting to close across vending, office coffee, pantry, and break room opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify high-value targets across healthcare, higher education, industrial, commercial, corporate, and large facility environments.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders at every level, including C-suite leaders, senior decision makers, facilities teams, HR partners, procurement, and operators.
  • Get ahead of formal bid releases by cultivating trust early, understanding client pain points, and helping shape the right solution before the market is crowded.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with persistence, strategy, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate internal teams to develop strong RFP responses, client presentations, and customized solution designs.
  • Partner closely and respectfully with operations to ensure a clean handoff, strong implementation, and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Deliver annual revenue targets, maintain accurate forecasts, and use CRM tools to manage pipeline discipline and accountability.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, client trends, and emerging workplace needs to stay ahead of the curve.
