We are hiring a Regional Sales Director to manage our Northwest territory: Northern CA, Oregon, Washington Summary: As an Individual Contributor, you’ll be the face of BASIC in your territory — building and maintaining relationships with independent insurance agents, brokers, and financial professionals. You’ll sell: Benefit Accounts (FSA, HSA, HRA, Lifestyle & Fringe) COBRA Administration Compliance Solutions Your job? Drive new revenue. Grow your book. Own your success

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of B2B sales success — preferably in benefits, insurance, or compliance
  • Experience with consultative/relationship-based sales
  • Valid driver’s license for partner visits
