Unlimited Service Group is seeking a dynamic, high-impact sales leader to drive profitable revenue growth across its Southland Region. This role is responsible for leading sales strategy, execution, and team performance across five established brands: FESCO, Bromley, RSI, Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service (CKPS), and PriorityOne Group. The ideal candidate will unify diverse teams, align go-to-market strategies, and build a high-performance sales culture while respecting the identity, strengths, and customer relationships of each brand. Success requires a balance of relationship-building, accountability, operational discipline, and strong business acumen. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow a regional sales organization while making a direct and meaningful impact on the business. Regular travel to customer and branch locations across the assigned territory will be required.
