We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Director to manage the Phoenix, AZ market. Qualified candidates will live in the Phoenix metro area. Our Regional Sales Directors are individual contributors who are responsible for driving new revenue growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with independent insurance agents and other financial professionals (Distributors) who provide professional services to business clients of all sizes. By establishing credibility and being a trusted advisor to our Distributors, you will sell Benefit Accounts (FSA, HAS, HRA Lifestyle and Fringe), COBRA Administration and Compliance Solutions to new and existing clients. Your professional sales experience will allow you to strategically manage the sales process from start to finish.
