Regional Sales Director Great Lakes Region Territory: Cincinnati, Cleveland, Cleveland - Crocker Park (opening Q2 2026), Columbus (Columbus - Short North, OH), Detroit-Birmingham, East Lansing, Indianapolis (Bottleworks), Indianapolis - Carmel (opening Q3 2026), Madison, Minneapolis - Edina Compensation: $120,000-$170,000 Total Compensation Lead Growth. Build Teams. Drive Performance. At LaserAway , were redefining aesthetic medicine and were looking for a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead high-performing clinics across the DMV region. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role for a commercial operator who thrives in the field, loves coaching leaders, and knows how to scale multi-unit performance without losing sight of the customer experience. Here, youre not stepping into a static role youre shaping how we grow. The Role As a Regional Sales Director, youll oversee sales performance, operations, and talent strategy across multiple clinics. Youll partner closely with Location Directors, Sales teams, Clinicians, HR, Operations, and Finance to drive revenue growth while maintaining brand excellence and operational discipline. This is a field-forward role youll spend meaningful time in clinics, coaching leaders, troubleshooting performance gaps, and stepping in when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading multiple locations in a sales-driven environment
- Strong background in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service
- Proven success driving KPIs, managing labor, and improving profitability
- Experience coaching leaders and scaling teams
- Data-driven, metrics-focused decision maker
- Confident communicator and motivating leader
- Comfortable being hands-on and leading by example
- Strong business acumen with operational discipline
- Tech-savvy (Google Suite, CRM, analytics tools)
- High School Diploma required

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Location Directors, ensuring every clinic has strong, accountable leadership
- Partner with HR & Recruiting to hire, onboard, and retain top sales and clinical talent
- Align staffing, schedules, and labor utilization to patient demand and business goals
- Own regional sales performance, including: YOY and same-store sales growth Conversion rates, average ticket, and treatment mix New vs. returning patient trends
- Use DOMO and KPI dashboards to set goals, identify risks, and drive execution
- Collaborate with Operations & Finance on labor costs, overtime, inventory, and 4-wall profitability
- Coach teams on LaserAways consultative sales process and SOPs
- Maintain brand standards, customer experience scores, and online reputation (Google, Yelp, NPS)
- Step in as acting Location Director when needed
- Host weekly leadership calls and provide ongoing training and performance feedback
- Support succession planning to fuel long-term growth
- Maintain availability for evenings and weekends as required (business operates 7 days/week)
