We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our West region, with a strategic focus on California. This position reports to the Senior VP, Sales. This role is responsible for achieving regional sales goals by leading and developing a team of Account Executives while personally driving the region's largest strategic opportunities. The Regional Sales Director will elevate team performance, develop new business, expand strategic customer relationships, and position Reading Horizons as the trusted literacy partner for schools and districts across California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, and Wyoming. This is a unique opportunity to help shape one of our most important growth regions while improving literacy outcomes for students across the West.
