Mercury Z is seeking a Regional Sales Director to own business development across the Southeast & Atlantic data center construction market. You will be the direct field presence for a company with deep technical credibility, 18 years of operational history, and a ready delivery infrastructure — your job is to put us in front of the right GCs, developers, and project teams and convert those relationships into revenue. This role requires someone who understands that Northern Virginia is not just a market — it is the central nervous system of the global data center industry, and every major hyperscaler, colocation provider, and specialty contractor has people there. The relationships built in Ashburn ripple across the entire East Coast.
