As a Regional Sales Director, you’ll play a key role in growing retirement plan solutions for small‑market employers while representing a trusted industry leader. The Vanguard Retirement Plan Access (VRPA) sales team partners with financial advisors to bring retirement plan recordkeeping and participant tools to small‑market employers. The Regional Sales Director is a field‑based sales role responsible for managing a defined territory and driving new 401(k) plan business for clients with up to $50M in assets. This role focuses on developing advisor relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing new business. The position is highly field‑oriented and requires frequent travel throughout the territory. The Regional Sales Director works in close partnership with an internal consultant to manage a shared advisor book and deliver coordinated sales coverage.
