The Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team is dedicated to advancing treatments for cardiovascular disease, particularly heart arrhythmias. This role is for a Regional Sales Director (RSD) for the CRM team, based in Dallas, TX, reporting to the US Area Vice President. The RSD will manage and direct CRM sales within a specified region, identify market opportunities, and achieve sales objectives. This position involves leading and coaching territory managers and clinical specialists to build a high-performing team, supporting commercial and clinical trial activities. The RSD will also be involved in contract negotiation, customer engagement, performance management, and clinical competency development, ensuring safe outcomes and driving continuing education within the region. The role requires setting regional sales strategy to meet franchise goals.
