This role is for a Regional Sales Director (RSD) for the CRM team, based in Dallas, TX. The RSD will report to the US Area Vice President and is responsible for managing and directing CRM sales within a specified region. This includes identifying market opportunities, achieving sales objectives, leading and coaching territory managers and clinical specialists, and ensuring competent clinical coaching and customer interface. The position requires a strong understanding of CRM procedures, driving continuing education, setting sales strategy, and building cross-functional partnerships. The role also involves budget oversight, compliance monitoring, and staying current with industry trends and company objectives. Decisions made in this role have a critical impact on significant area projects and operations, and the RSD will act as a mentor to develop solutions for complex problems.
