We’re a dynamic, fast-growing agricultural automation company specializing in dairy automation, seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and ambitious Regional Sales and Equipment Support Specialist to help drive our expansion across nine key states: Ohio, West Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. While candidates may be based in any of these states, our current priority is on those located in Georgia and Florida. This role is designed for a future leader who will grow into a team leadership position, shaping the future of our innovative dairy automation solutions. Requirements

A highly self-driven, organized, and ambitious individual with a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with dairy industry clients and team members.
Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay organized in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Ability to travel within the assigned region (OH, WV, NY, PA, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL).
Experience in sales, equipment support, or the dairy/agricultural industry is a plus, but a relentless drive to learn, succeed, and lead is essential.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy farmers and clients to drive sales and achieve revenue goals.
Provide expert support, troubleshooting, and training for Automated’s dairy automation equipment to ensure customer success.
Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence in the dairy automation sector across the region.
Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional results and grow Automated’s impact.
Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative and preparing to guide future team members in advancing our mission.
