About The Position

Ecowaste Solutions is a fast-growing company in a stable, essential industry, and safety isn't just a checkbox for us, it's part of how we operate every single day. We're looking for a Regional Safety Trainer who understands the real-world risks of waste hauling operations and can connect with the people doing the work, whether that's a driver behind the wheel of a garbage truck, a laborer on the back of a route, or a mechanic in the shop. In this role, you'll develop and deliver safety training across multiple markets using a hybrid model of video-based and in-person instruction. If you have a background in DOT-regulated transportation safety, know how to make training stick for a hands-on workforce, and don't mind hitting the road to get it done, we'd love to hear from you.
