Regional Safety Lead The Regional Safety Lead is a hands‑on, field‑based role that partners with field management and operations teams to execute strategic objectives in safety, compliance, and risk management. This role serves as a subject matter expert responsible for conducting announced and unannounced audits across business operations with a focus on food safety and occupational safety standards. In addition to audits, the Regional Safety Lead delivers safety training, coaching, and real‑time education to frontline employees and supervisors to reinforce safe behaviors and strengthen operational capability. The role gathers and analyzes audit and incident data, providing findings and reports to field teams in collaboration with the health and safety function.
