About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Reliability Engineer Leader to assist Group Vice President(s), location management teams, and Corporate Quality and Engineering in overseeing long range capacity planning for assigned locations. In this role, the Reliability Engineer Leader will lead and direct execution of Reliability Initiatives within assigned locations through new building projects, renovations, new branches and expansions. The Reliability Engineer Leader will stay abreast of new technical and equipment developments, develop new ideas to improve quality, cost, productivity, housekeeping, safety, and environmental compliance.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Industrial Maintenance, Equipment Installation, or Reliability Engineering.
  • Proven experience in leading change and process improvement across multiple-site environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, present, and support major capital projects to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CMMS.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned region, including overnight stays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a Corporate or Regional engineering role, with at least 2 years supporting multiple industrial operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or engineering field.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with executives, management, and operations to implement plans and recommendations through regular monthly reports and verbal meetings
  • Participate in equipment/building improvement projects from justification through installation and start up
  • Investigate new technology to improve the function and productivity of locations
  • Purchase equipment, maintains relationships with vendors, contractors and suppliers and monitors their performance
  • Recommend methods for improving process flow, utility consumption, reorganizing workflow, and relocating workstations and equipment.
