About The Position
Concordia at SpiriTrust is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to support its Skilled Nursing and Personal Care communities in the York, Hanover, and Chambersburg areas. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field
- Completion of accredited dietetic program/internship (1200+ hours)
- Registered Dietitian (RD) (or eligible within 90 days)
- PA Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments, care planning, and monitoring
- Provide education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and dietary standards
- Support both Skilled Nursing and Personal Care populations
