About The Position

The Regional Quality Control Director (RQCD) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a standardized quality management system across multiple facilities within an assigned region (CO, AZ, NV, IL, WI, ND, MN), in alignment with ISO certification requirements. This role exists to ensure consistent product quality, process control, regulatory compliance, and continual improvement. Importantly, this leadership position is designed to support our three core product lines—RMX Ready Mixed Concrete, Aggregates, and Hot Mix Asphalt—equally, ensuring balanced technical oversight and resource allocation across all materials. The RQCD leads quality planning, mix design optimization, internal audits, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and data-driven analysis to identify risks, reduce nonconformities, and improve manufacturing performance. The role also serves as a primary point of contact for customers on quality-related matters, including issue resolution, corrective actions, and ongoing communication to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met. Partnering with operations and leadership, this position adds value by managing regional personnel and laboratories, strengthening compliance, reducing the cost of poor quality, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting the pursuit and maintenance of ISO certification. Additionally, the role will act as a conduit for best practices within the region and industry, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of quality innovation and operational excellence.
