About The Position

This position is for a full-time Regional Property Supervisor to oversee the Central Valley portfolio. Qualified Candidates will have 1+ years of multi-site property management experience and knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines. Must have a strong supervisory experience. Salary range: $76,500.00 to $125,500.00 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $76,500.00 to $101,150.00 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of multi-site property supervision.
  • Some experience in affordable housing, which may include HUD, Tax-Credit, RHCP, and/or work with a Housing Authority.
  • Experience in communicating with and reporting to regulatory agencies (i.e., HUD, TCAC, RHCP), partners, ownership boards, and senior management.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and DMV clearance.
  • Must have access to reliable vehicle and maintain own auto insurance in accordance with EAH minimum requirements.
  • Must have current Real Estate license.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as Liaison between site and central office, conducts monthly meetings
  • Responsible for file compliance at each property in portfolio
  • Works with Development on new acquisitions and developments
  • Responsible for maintaining desired financial benchmarks, monitors and analyzes monthly financials for each property in portfolio
  • Conducts site visits 2x monthly to each site, responsible for maintaining physical assets
  • Supervises Assistants, Property Managers, Floating Managers and all other site staff
