About The Position

AIR Communities is seeking experienced and passionate Regional Property Managers to lead operations for multiple apartment communities within our Atlanta portfolio. As a Regional Property Manager, you will be a true business leader, directing operations, sales, finances, and team development. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of Community Managers and their teams, ensuring exemplary service to residents and team members, managing property budgets, increasing revenue, and achieving operational and financial goals. This role involves managing leasing and maintenance teams, facilitating leasing activities, driving revenue growth, ensuring resident satisfaction, and upholding legal standards and company policies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
• 5+ years of demonstrated, consistent experience leading a large team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment with proven results.
• Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members.
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• Possess general understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Community Managers & their teams.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals.
• Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies.

• Expected pay rate of $120,000 – $130,000 per year plus annual target bonus.
