Our SelectLeaders client is a privately owned real estate investment and operating company with a family office culture and an entrepreneurial approach to ownership. With a portfolio of approximately 2,750 multifamily units and 300,000 square feet of commercial real estate across the Western United States, the company takes a hands-on approach to property operations and asset management. This is a highly visible, boots-on-the-ground leadership role that requires significant time spent at the properties working directly with Community Managers, maintenance teams, residents, and vendors. Unlike larger institutional organizations where Regional Managers may operate remotely, this position is expected to maintain a strong on-site presence throughout the portfolio, building relationships, solving problems in real time, and ensuring operational excellence across all communities. The ideal candidate thrives in a smaller, collaborative environment where access to leadership is direct, decisions are made quickly, and individuals are empowered to take ownership of their portfolio. Success in this role requires a hands-on leader who enjoys being in the field, mentoring teams, and driving results through engagement rather than oversight from a distance.
