Requirements

5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site leadership
Prior experience as a Regional Property Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of affordable housing (LIHTC / Section 42) and Fair Housing regulations
Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi (preferred)

Responsibilities

Oversee financial and operational performance across a portfolio of communities
Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and site teams
Manage budgets, occupancy, rent collections, and expense control
Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and LIHTC regulations
Partner with internal teams (HR, Accounting, Compliance, Maintenance) to drive performance
Support hiring, training, and onboarding of site-level staff
Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and local housing authorities
