If you are looking for a career that changes lives, Spartanburg Housing is for you! We are currently looking for a full-time LIHTC Property Manager to manage a property.

Requirements

5 years of experience as an on-site Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
Must be knowledgeable of financial reporting.
Fair Housing certification is needed before interaction with residents.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in business preferred or related experience in Property Management.

Responsibilities

Operates the property within the financial guidelines of the property budget.
Directs and evaluates the job performance of the property staff.
Is responsible for staff training and must ensure all staff operate within the established policies and procedures.
Maintains occupancy at established levels by completing marketing plans, advertising, and ensuring the established sales techniques are used effectively by leasing staff.
Designs, implements, and maintains resident retention programs, including newsletters, recognition, and social activities.
Review delinquent accounts and take the required collection action.
Monitors the preventative maintenance calendar and reviews the status of all work orders.
Responsible for preparing and adhering to the property budget.
Reviews all monthly financial reports.
