This role is responsible for overall site operations, motivating and training teams through effective leadership and innovative ideas. The position involves hiring, coaching, and developing staff in property management, budget, and financial management. The ideal candidate will also build and maintain professional relationships with property owners and various agencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Conventional and Market Rate Housing
- Lease Up experience
- Excellent Communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong financial background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to travel
