About The Position
KMG Prestige, a premier property management company rated as one of the top 100 workplaces by the Detroit Free Press for five consecutive years, is seeking a Regional Property Manager for their Market Rate Portfolio in Southeast, MI. This role is responsible for the overall site operations and for motivating and training teams through effective leadership and innovative ideas. The Regional Property Manager will also be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing staff in property management, budget, and financial management. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and maintaining professional relationships with property owners and various agencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Conventional and Market Rate Housing Lease Up.
- Excellent Communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Strong financial background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to travel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall site operations for a group of properties.
