Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive background verification

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation
  • 5+ years of regional property management experience
  • Experience with both conventional and new construction properties
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and cost optimization
  • Experience with resident retention and customer satisfaction initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of regional property operations across multiple conventional and new construction apartment communities
  • Lead and mentor property management teams to ensure consistent execution of company standards and best practices
  • Drive revenue optimization through strategic pricing, occupancy management, and sales initiatives
  • Manage regional budgets, financial forecasting, and P&L accountability to maximize profitability
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures that ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain quality residents
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards and address resident concerns with professionalism
  • Coordinate with corporate teams on capital improvements, maintenance, and community enhancements
  • Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews to maintain high standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing property management staff
