Property Manager needed for 200 unit, Class B Community. PMIC is required. This role involves leading marketing and sales, managing social media, overseeing collections, delivering customer service, and maintaining property operations. Proficiency in Yardi or OneSite software and compliance with regulations are essential.

Requirements

• PMIC mandatory
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing
• Proven expertise in marketing and sales within residential property management
• Strong proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management systems
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and resident relations
• Experience with collections and financial management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth
