About The Position

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a Property Manager to lead the Indian Woods Apartments, a 202-unit conventional community. The role involves driving financial performance, operational excellence, and team success. Requirements

2+ years of multifamily property management experience
Experience leading and developing teams (3+ employees preferred)
Strong understanding of leasing, collections, and property operations
Pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and credit review

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed leasing & occupancy goals
Maximize renewal capture and resident retention
Manage delinquency and actively pursue collections
Identify opportunities to increase income, reduce expenses, and grow NOI
Manage property within budget and financial guidelines
Oversee maintenance operations
Process invoices and ensure timely financial operations
Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site team members
Conduct team meetings, performance check-ins, and training sessions
Drive accountability and adherence to Monarch standards and processes
Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture

$58,000 - $63,000 year salary
