About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Regional Project Manager at our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Newark, CA. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the scope of project installation and completion. The Regional Project Manager may be required to lead and mentor program and project managers. The salary range for this position is $85,000-125,000/year, with factors like past experience and location potentially affecting the final compensation.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with high efficiency, meeting budget and timeline
  • Proficient in Google Suites, ability to adapt to applications and software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Attention to details while multi-tasking priorities
  • Demonstrate sense of urgency and make decisions on company’s behalf
  • Ability to exhibit strong leadership skills and serve as a mentor
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Past project management/job foreman experience
  • Must be a subject matter expert in Pump, Power and HVAC equipment
  • Prior experience facilitating training (in the classroom or the field) required
  • Must be able to travel frequently
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend and stoop for periods of time
  • Ability to be in extreme weather conditions for a period of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all compliance regulations related to position
  • Train and coach Pump and Power associates on equipment trouble-shooting and product knowledge
  • Travel to all Pump and Power locations to help set up correct procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on all safety procedures relating to fleet
  • Develop multi skill level Pump and Power Training programs for EquipmentShare Product Specialist and Field Service Mechanics
  • Assist Project Specialist in technical sales applications
  • Engineer and manage large projects
