About The Position

The Division of Family & Community Services is seeking to hire an energetic and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Regional Program Accuracy Coordinator for a regional office. This individual will monitor program accuracy for offices in the region and assist in developing and implementing plans for improvement. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with higher level and lower-level positions within the agency. The individual must be able to analyze reports, develop spreadsheets and compile this information for presentation. The individual must be able to maintain the integrity of confidential information.

Requirements

Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years college with course work in a social or human services field.
Requires three (3) years progressively responsible administrative public assistance experience in a health or human services organization.

Nice To Haves

Three (3) years of professional supervisory experience assigning work, providing guidance to subordinates, recommending counseling and/or discipline following collective bargaining agreements, training staff and approving time off.
Three (3) years of professional experience interpreting and implementing policies, procedures, and goals of public assistance services such as cash, food, and medical assistance programs.
Three (3) years of professional experience in a public assistance eligibility system such as Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES).
Two (2) years of professional casework experience in a social service agency.

Responsibilities

Serves as Regional Program Accuracy Coordinator.
Monitors and directs the analysis of and planning for SPCs systems that are designed to improve and maintain program issuances.
Serves as full-line supervisor.
Serves as Regional liaison to Bureau of SNAP Integrity (BSNAPI), including Ace Review Corrective Action Plan (ARCAP) and SNAP-Management Evaluation (ME) reviews.
Monitors reports (daily/monthly, etc.) for regions to assist offices in monitoring program workflow to ensure accuracy of benefits.
Attends and participates in meetings and staffing.
In the absence of the SPC Administrator, works with SPC managers to ensure continuity of workflow.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.
