Regional Practice Administrator

Greenbrook MedicalBrandon, FL
Onsite

About The Position

The Regional Practice Administrator (RPA) is the senior operational and people leader responsible for elevating performance, building capability, and driving consistency across a portfolio of Greenbrook centers. This is not a desk role — it is a hands-on leadership role in the field. You will directly lead and develop Center Managers, strengthen team capability across clinics, and ensure every location delivers a consistent, high-quality patient and team experience. More than managing operations, you will shape the conditions under which great care is delivered — building strong teams, reinforcing standards, and translating strategy into real execution inside our clinics. At its core, this is a talent-building and performance-driving role. Your success will be measured by stronger leaders, more resilient teams, and consistently well-run centers. Location: Based in the Tampa Bay area with regular travel between clinic locations. Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Clinic Hours
