Position Overview: The Practice Administrator serves as the operational leader of the practice, responsible for overseeing all day-to-day business functions, team management, and coordination across both clinical and administrative staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership position and has experience managing healthcare or medical practice. The Practice Administrator will take ownership of the non-clinical side of the business—ensuring systems, staff, and processes run seamlessly so providers can focus on delivering high-quality patient care. What Success Looks Like: Providers are able to focus primarily on patient care with minimal operational distraction Daily operations run smoothly and consistently without owner intervention Staff are well-managed, supported, and held accountable Scheduling, workflows, and patient experience are efficient and organized The practice operates as a cohesive, high-functioning team
