About The Position

As a Regional Practice Administrator, you’ll be the senior operational and people leader across a portfolio of Greenbrook clinics. This is a field leadership role, not a desk role. You’ll spend your time in our centers, developing Center Managers, strengthening teams, solving problems, and turning strategy into consistent execution. You’ll own the performance and health of your region—making sure our clinics are well-run, our leaders are growing, and our teams have what they need to deliver an exceptional experience for patients. At its core, this is a talent-building and performance-driving role. You’ll build stronger leaders, create more resilient teams, and raise the bar across every center you touch. Location: Based in the North region (Brooksville, Hudson, Spring Hill, New Port Richey) with regular travel between clinic locations. Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Clinic Hours

Requirements

  • Multi-site healthcare leadership experience — You’ve spent 5+ years leading clinics and/or healthcare teams, with meaningful responsibility for people and operational performance.
  • A track record of developing leaders — You know how to coach managers, build accountability, and turn good operators into great ones.
  • Strong operational judgment — You can zoom out to see the big picture, then zoom in to solve the details that are getting in the way.
  • Performance orientation — You’re comfortable owning metrics, spotting trends, and translating data into action.
  • Strong communication and influence — You build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and can hold people accountable while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Hands-on leadership — You’re comfortable being in the clinics, working alongside teams, and rolling up your sleeves when the situation calls for it.
  • Primary care and/or managed care experience — You understand the operational realities of healthcare and what it takes to deliver consistently excellent care.
  • A mindset grounded in our core values of Heart, Excellence, Accountability, Resilience, and Teamwork.

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience leading multiple clinics or a regional healthcare operation.
  • Have a track record of measurably improving operational, clinical, or patient experience outcomes across multiple sites.
  • Have experience leading Center Managers, Practice Managers, or other frontline healthcare leaders.
  • Have worked in a fast-growing healthcare organization where you helped build, improve, or scale operating processes.
  • Have experience in senior-focused primary care, Medicare, managed care, or another population-health-oriented environment.
  • Have demonstrated success building teams and developing high-potential leaders into larger roles.

Responsibilities

  • Build Great Leaders and Teams: Hire and develop exceptional Center Managers and Medical Assistants in partnership with the People team. Coach Center Managers through regular feedback, accountability, and hands-on support. Assess team performance across centers and identify strengths, gaps, and development opportunities. Strengthen onboarding, training, and development across your region. Identify high-potential talent and help them grow into larger roles.
  • Lead Culture and Performance: Set a clear bar for performance, professionalism, teamwork, and patient care. Serve as a trusted thought partner to Center Managers on team dynamics, performance, and difficult situations. Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high standards. Ensure performance management and development practices are consistent across centers.
  • Drive Regional Performance: Partner with Center Managers to improve key clinical and operational metrics, including Patient NPS, AWV/CFU completion, ER visits per 1,000, transitions of care, and HEDIS outcomes. Monitor performance trends, identify risks early, and help teams turn data into action. Ensure centers are appropriately staffed and operating smoothly. Get into the details when needed—then build systems that prevent the same problem from happening twice.
  • Turn Strategy Into Execution: Translate company priorities into clear actions for clinic teams. Lead the rollout of new initiatives and operating practices across your region. Build consistency in workflows, standards, and expectations without losing sight of what makes each center unique. Partner with operations and cross-functional leaders to remove roadblocks and keep teams moving.
