About The Position

As a Sr Regional Portfolio Manager for the CO Region with CONAM, you will oversee Affordable and Conventional properties in a portfolio. You will make decisions in order to achieve the overall objectives of the communities in your region. You’ll hire, train, mentor, lead and inspire a team of property management professionals. You’ll oversee financial budgeting and reporting and you’ll manage the marketing and leasing efforts for all apartment communities in the portfolio. Founded in 1975, CONAM Management operates in 10 states, across 26 key metropolitan markets, supporting over 60,000 apartment units of both conventional and affordable housing. Requirements

  • 5-7 years as a regional manager in residential property management with supervisory/ management experience.
  • State of CO Real Estate License preferred. Must be willing to obtain a license in 90 days of employment.
  • Experience with affordable properties, HUD, Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Lease Up is required.
  • Bring excitement and passion for operations.
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams or Zoom, experience required.
  • Acquisition and Disposition experience.
  • 3 Party / Fee Management experience essential.
  • Critical writing requirements include correct grammar, structure, punctuation, and word usage.
  • Weekly visits to the portfolio; on-site 75% of the time.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and customer-centric.
  • Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

  • CPM designation is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of property management software platforms (Yardi, RealPage, Boston post, Gracehill, Revenue Management...etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
