Are you driven to define the future of a market-leading portfolio? Zebra is on a mission to empower the world's leading businesses with a performance edge. We are looking for a visionary Regional Portfolio Manager (RPM) to be the architect of our Print & Supplies Solutions portfolio in North America. This isn't just a role; it's a platform to own, innovate, and drive the commercial success of a critical business unit. You will be the central voice of the market, shaping our products and orchestrating their journey from concept to customer impact. We're looking for a leader with a proven track record of turning technical innovation into business revenue. This remote role must reside in the US, near a major metro airport with the ability to travel 50-75% nationwide. Strong preference to hire either near/around Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience mapping advanced technical solutions to market needs, with a history of directly impacting business growth.
  • Must have experience with Printing and Supplies solutions if external; willing to be flexible on this product knowledge if internal.
  • Must reside in the US, near a major metro airport, with the ability to travel 50%-75% of the time to be in the field with our customers and teams.
  • Strong preference to hire either near/around Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep familiarity with Zebra s AVS, Supplies, or Sensor portfolios.
  • Experience working within B2B ecosystems, including ISVs, Integrators, and Resellers.
  • A deep understanding of the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to market maturity and end-of-life.
  • You are as comfortable discussing technical architecture as you are presenting a business case to the C-suite.
  • World-class presentation skills and the ability to command a room, whether you're engaging with internal executives, key partners, or strategic customers.
  • An exceptional ability to translate complex technical features into clear, compelling value for non-technical audiences.
  • An advanced degree (MBA or technical) is highly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in product planning, market needs assessment, and advocating for technical requirements.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the Strategic Roadmap: Own and champion the 30-month product roadmap. You'll identify high-growth opportunities and influence investment priorities to keep Zebra at the forefront of the industry.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Translate deep market insights into clear, actionable product requirements. You'll ensure our solutions are not just innovative but are precisely what our customers need to solve their biggest challenges.
  • Mastermind Flawless Launches: Develop and execute powerful, cross-functional go-to-market strategies. You will be the trusted advisor who ensures our sales teams, channel partners, and customers are ready for every launch.
  • Drive Revenue & Growth: Align the entire organization-from Sales and Finance to Marketing and our Business Units-around a unified revenue forecast. You will manage and quantify the revenue impact of our product strategy in alignment with key internal stakeholders.
  • Empower Our Teams to Win: Serve as the ultimate domain expert. You'll engage directly with strategic customers, equip our sales force with compelling solution content, and build advocacy with our vast partner community.
