Within this organization, our Sales Planning team serves as the vital bridge to our customers. We engage directly with strategic accounts to capture forecasts, understand technology roadmaps, and gauge market sentiment. By orchestrating across internal and external stakeholders, we deliver optimal business outcomes and fuel sustainable growth for Cisco. As a Regional Planning Manager, you will drive a world-class supply chain experience for Cisco’s largest and most strategic customers by establishing governance frameworks, metrics, and standards for planning and fulfillment process optimization. You will cultivate deep relationships with customer leadership and translate complex strategy into execution by capturing long-horizon forecasts and technology transition roadmaps. By leveraging advanced analytics and business process modeling, you will provide critical data inputs that empower our demand and supply planning teams to execute end-to-end supply chain strategies. You will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, and Operations to align operational strategy with business planning, while building organizational capability through collaborative leadership and coaching. Ultimately, you will shape process improvement strategies, prioritize initiatives, and embed best practices across regions to ensure scalable and consistent execution.
