About The Position

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is seeking a Regional Pharmacist to support its Missouri pharmacy teams in Blue Springs, Columbia, and St. Louis. The role provides pharmacist coverage based on operational needs, including planned PTO, vacations, staffing transitions, and high-volume periods. The Regional Pharmacist collaborates with local Pharmacists-in-Charge and technicians to maintain safe, consistent pharmacy operations. The position also supports onboarding new patients and care organizations through medication profile reviews, prescription processing, order verification, workflow preparation, and related coordination. The pharmacist shares best practices, assists with training and quality improvement, helps colleagues address operational challenges, and delivers safe, accurate, compliant pharmacy care. The role offers an annual base salary of $150,000–$170,000, an opportunity to participate in the employee ownership program subject to eligibility, health and other employee benefits subject to plan terms, paid time off under company policy, and professional development and career growth opportunities. Offers are subject to applicable licensing requirements, company policies, and benefit plan eligibility.
